Our Programmes
Three programmes.
One administrative foundation.
Each programme addresses a distinct layer of how a Canadian office operates — correspondence, records, and cross-department flow. They can be taken individually or in sequence.
Assessment before recommendation
Each engagement begins with a review of your current situation. For correspondence work, we read samples from your team. For records work, we inventory what you currently hold. For process advisory, we interview the people who do the work. Recommendations follow the assessment, not precede it.
We follow this sequence because the deliverables need to fit your office specifically. A style guide written around your actual correspondence is more useful than a generic one. A records structure built around your actual holdings is less disruptive to implement.
Initial scoping call
We discuss your office, its size, and which programme is most relevant to your current needs.
Assessment phase
We review samples, inventory holdings, or conduct interviews depending on the programme.
Delivery phase
Sessions, workshops, or advisory work delivered according to the programme timeline.
Handover and support
Written deliverables are handed over with post-handover support as defined in the programme scope.

Multi-Department Process Advisory
A B2B advisory engagement for organisations where work crosses several departments and handovers are where time is lost. The work maps end-to-end flow, measures wait times at each junction, identifies duplicated data entry, proposes a revised sequence, and defines a small set of measures leadership can review monthly.
Delivered over 9 weeks with stakeholder interviews, two workshops, a written report with a prioritised roadmap, and a leadership presentation. Includes two quarterly check-ins. Operational and administrative scope only.
What's included

- Leadership presentation of findings and recommendations

EnquireWritten scope before work begins
Every engagement is defined in writing. Deliverables, timeline, and what is outside scope are confirmed before any work starts.
Confidentiality provisions
Client correspondence, file structures, and process information are handled under confidentiality and are not referenced externally.
Bilingual by default
All written deliverables across all programmes are produced in both French and English as a standard, not an optional add-on.
Clean, defined handover
Each programme has a defined end point. Ongoing work with RAM Management after delivery is not required for the deliverables to remain useful.
